After an exciting career overseas, and over a decade spent in corporate roles within Australia, founding WIA was a natural progression that fulfilled a desire to be a business owner while serving the needs of other businesses locally.
She is a qualified lawyer, has an undergraduate degree from Syracuse University New York in retail management, and an Australian postgraduate degree in counselling. She hails from sunny Barbados in the West Indies. Élan’s passion is Caribbean music, culture, and food, which has inspired her own gourmet line of pepper jams and sauces.
: Isabel is an advertising and social media enthusiast. She went to school in Los Angeles, then came back to Australia to attend the University of Melbourne where she completed a BA. She has loved working in media agencies while studying, and is now undertaking a Master of Advertising at RMIT University in Melbourne. Her broad global perspective gives her great insight into how to build and maintain public relations. She is passionate about the role social media plays in keeping people all around the world connected.
